1. Agreement
By using tikkaking.com (the "Site") or placing a pickup order through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Ordering and pickup
- You must be at least 13 years old to place an order, and must have permission from the cardholder if you're not using your own payment method.
- Your order is confirmed only once payment clears. A valid confirmation page or receipt from Clover is your proof of order.
- All orders are for in-store pickup at 296 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1R6. We do not currently deliver from this Site.
- Lunch menu items (wraps, Frankie rolls, lunch combos) are only served between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM every day. The restaurant itself is open 12 pm – 12 am Sunday through Thursday, and 12 pm – 2 am Friday and Saturday. Orders outside the lunch window for lunch-only items may be refused or adjusted.
- Scheduled pickup slots are best-efforts. If the kitchen is backed up, we'll call the phone number you provided.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Clover (Fiserv). We never see or store your card details. Taxes are calculated by Clover at checkout based on our registered tax settings in Ontario.
4. Refunds and cancellations
- You can cancel a pickup order for a full refund as long as the kitchen has not started preparing it. Call the restaurant directly at +1 416-641-4545.
- Once an order is being cooked, we can't cancel it.
- If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right — a replacement, credit, or refund.
- Refunds are processed via Clover back to the original payment method and can take 3–10 business days to appear.
5. Allergens and dietary information
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, and shellfish. Dishes marked vegetarian contain no meat, but may be prepared in the same kitchen as meat dishes and may contain dairy or eggs. If you have a severe allergy, please call the restaurant before ordering.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include sales tax. We may change prices or menu availability at any time. If a price changes between the time you view a dish and place your order, the price shown at checkout is what applies.
7. Site use
- Don't attempt to interfere with the Site, place fraudulent orders, or abuse our ordering or support channels.
- Content, images, and branding on this Site are owned by Tikka King or used with permission. Don't copy, reuse, or republish them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Ontario law, our liability for any issue arising from your use of the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute must be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
